Evelyn Turner

Evelyn Turner has been a child of God for 30+ years!

She was born into an Amish family as Evelyn Weaver in Indiana. Her family moved to Iowa when she was one, so for 19 years she lived in an Amish community in Iowa on a family farm. The Amish speak Pennsylvania Dutch, so Evelyn learned English at 6 years old when she started first grade. She went to Amish private school & Amish church services, all in German.

In February 1992 Evelyn left the Amish culture to marry Franklin Turner

• They moved to Central America January 2001 to study Spanish.
• Together Evelyn & Franklin have served in foreign missions for more than 20 years. They serve at a mission they founded in 2004, Taller del Maestro in Puriscal Costa Rica.
• Evelyn has understood she is Secure, Accepted and Significant to her Father God. She doesn’t have to do anything to gain His favor. God is her father, He is just, He has a plan & purpose for her life!

 

Evelyn founded Cross Culture Coaching to help put the keys of truth in your hand to open the doors to a life of hope with peace in your heart once again! Cross Culture Coaching can be your bridge for life changing transformation. The process starts when you come to genuine repentance and faith in God, to cross cultures to find a new beginning for your life! There is hope for you. 

• She desires to help you find that same peace with God and freedom from past hurt of rejection from church leadership.
• As a missionary if you have been made to feel inadequate or betrayed by your fellow staff members.

As you find you liberty and start to be reminded who you are in Christ, you will find Christ has given you Security, Acceptance and Significance as Gods child in the Kingdom of light!
